We require 25lb batch minimum on all orders. We will add Beef or Pork to your order to meet our requirement. Beef and Pork are market priced. *all weights are before smoking

We only accept clean meat to ensure that your product is made to the quality that you deserve! We reserve the right to turn down any meat that does not smell fresh, or been properly cleaned.
